Jack founded CP Constructions in 2022. Prior to starting CP, Jack worked in the construction industry in Tamworth and Sydney.
Archie Wainwright
Tradesman
Archie completed his apprenticeship with CP Constructions, and supports Jack and the team with all aspects of the business.
Hamish
3rd Year Apprentice
Hamish, a Manilla local, started his apprenticeship with CP Construction in 2024 and continues to grow his skilllset with the team.
Brock
1st Year Apprentice
Brock, another Manilla local, finished his time at McCarthy College, and has joined the CP Constructions team in 2026.

Administrator
Pearl serves as CP's administrator, supporting daily operations and keeping the team organized so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
